Dumpster Rental Pricing in North Texas

Straightforward pricing on our 16-yard roll-off dumpsters for Honey Grove, Bonham, Paris, Sherman, Denison, and surrounding areas. Here's exactly what affects the cost and what's included.

Every rate above includes delivery, pickup, and 2 tons of disposal. Longer than a month? Call us for a monthly contractor rate.

Price Locked — No Add-Ons

Most 20-yard dumpsters in North Texas run $350–$550 before fees. Ours is $300 — done.

Competitor quotes usually leave things out. ZTERS adds roughly $135 in delivery on top of a $383 quote. Pro-Disposal bills about $7 per extra day past the base period plus $100 per ton over the limit. Several national brokers add fuel and environmental surcharges, so a "$350" quote lands closer to $400+ at checkout.

Our $300 one-day rate is the out-the-door price: delivery, pickup, and 2 tons of disposal are already in it. No fuel surcharge, no dispatch markup, no per-day creep.

What's Included in Every Rental

  • Delivery to your driveway or job site
  • Pickup when you're done loading
  • 2 tons of landfill disposal fees
  • Friendly, local customer support

What does 2 tons actually look like? For most homes it's a full garage cleanout, a 20–25 square roof tear-off of standard shingles, or a gutted bathroom plus furniture. Most of our residential loads never reach the limit. Anything over 2 tons is billed at the landfill's per-ton rate — no markups, just the pass-through cost.

Factors That Affect Dumpster Rental Prices

Pricing varies a bit by project. These are the main things that change the final number on a 16-yard roll-off rental.

Rental length

Standard rentals cover several days; longer holds may add a daily rate. Ask for details when you book.

Weight (tonnage)

Price includes 2 tons of disposal. Loads over 2 tons incur additional per-ton fees passed through from the landfill.

Debris type

Heavy materials like rocks, dirt, concrete, and brick are allowed only when discussed in advance so we can load safely.

Location & access

Most of Honey Grove, Bonham, Paris, Sherman, and Denison are covered. Long-distance deliveries may include a travel surcharge.

Prohibited items

Paints, solvents, batteries, and appliances are not allowed. Improper items can lead to extra disposal fees.

Dumpster Rental FAQ

How much does a 16-yard dumpster rental cost in North Texas?

Flat rates: $300 for a 1-day rental, $375 for 3 days, and $415 for 7 days. Every rate includes delivery, pickup, and 2 tons of disposal. Weight past 2 tons is billed at the landfill's per-ton rate with no markup. Call 903-449-2818 for a quote.

Can you deliver a dumpster the same day?

Yes. Same-day delivery is usually available when you call or book before noon, and next-day delivery is standard across Fannin, Lamar, Hunt, Grayson, and Delta counties.

What is included in the price?

Delivery, pickup, and 2 tons of landfill disposal are all included in the flat rate. There are no dispatch fees, fuel surcharges, or hidden environmental fees.

How big is a 16-yard dumpster and will it fit in my driveway?

A 16-yard roll-off is about 22 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4.5 feet tall — roughly 6 to 8 pickup truck loads. It fits a standard two-car driveway, and we can lay boards down to protect the surface.

What can I put in the dumpster?

Household junk, furniture, remodel and construction debris, shingles, siding, decking, yard waste, and most demolition material. Paint, solvents, tires, batteries, and refrigerant appliances are not allowed. Heavy material like concrete, dirt, or tile is fine when you tell us in advance so we can plan the load.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster?

No permit is needed on your own driveway or property. If the bin has to sit in a public street or right-of-way, check with your city or county first.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

Standard rentals run 1, 3, or 7 days. Call before your pickup day and we'll extend the rental whenever the schedule allows.

How do I pay and when?

We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. You can reserve online and pay when the dumpster is scheduled — no deposit games and no surprise charges after pickup.

Are there discounts available?

Yes — we offer discounts for veterans, firefighters, law enforcement, and teachers. Mention it when you book.

What affects dumpster rental prices the most?

Weight is the biggest variable. Concrete, dirt, shingles, and tile push loads past the included 2 tons quickly, so tell us what you're throwing away and we'll price it accurately up front.

What happens if I go over 2 tons?

Anything over the included 2 tons is billed at the landfill's posted per-ton rate, passed through with no markup. We show you the scale ticket on request.

Is a dumpster cheaper than junk removal?

For most cleanouts and remodels, yes. A $375 three-day dumpster holds 6 to 8 truckloads, while junk-removal crews typically charge per truckload and per item.

Renting more than once a year? Member pricing is lower.

Landlords, property managers, and contractors can get a recurring dumpster rental discount through the HomeHaven Priority Club — dumpster membership plans from $19/month that drop a 3-day 16-yard rental from $375 to as low as $305, plus priority next-day delivery.
