Dumpster Rental Services in North Texas

One 16-yard roll-off, four jobs it does best. Every service uses the same flat pricing — $300 for 1 day or $375 for 3 days, with delivery, pickup, and 2 tons of disposal included — across Honey Grove, Bonham, Paris, Greenville, Sherman, Denison, and the rest of Fannin, Lamar, and Hunt counties.

Roll-off dumpster loaded with asphalt shingles during a North Texas roof tear-off

Sized for shingle tear-off weight, not volume. Most single-family asphalt roofs fit in one pull; tile and multi-layer roofs need a second.

One 16-yard bin fits: 25–30 squares of 3-tab, or 20–25 squares of architectural shingle

One size. Every job. Here's what fits in a 16-yard dumpster.

We run one bin size on purpose: a 16-yard roll-off fits a standard driveway and covers most residential and contractor work. Bigger jobs get additional pulls instead of a bigger container — which keeps loads legal on the road and your pricing predictable.

Heavy material is the one thing to flag when you book. Concrete runs about 1.5 tons per cubic yard and brick about 1.3, so those loads hit a weight fill line long before the top rail. Tell us the debris mix and we'll plan the tonnage with you — see the full size guide for the numbers.

Dumpster Rental Questions, Answered

Do you offer more than one dumpster size?

We run one size on purpose: a 16-yard roll-off that fits a standard driveway and handles the vast majority of residential and contractor jobs. Bigger jobs are handled with additional pulls instead of a larger bin.

Which service should I book if my job mixes debris types?

Book whichever service page is closest and mention the mix when you reserve. The bin is the same — what changes is how we plan tonnage, so heavy material like concrete or tile just needs a heads-up.

Do you work with contractors on recurring pulls?

Yes. Roofers, remodelers, demolition crews, and property managers can set a weekly, biweekly, or monthly pull schedule so a fresh bin shows up without a phone call every time.

How much does a 16-yard dumpster rental cost in North Texas?

Flat rates: $300 for a 1-day rental, $375 for 3 days, and $415 for 7 days. Every rate includes delivery, pickup, and 2 tons of disposal. Weight past 2 tons is billed at the landfill's per-ton rate with no markup. Call 903-449-2818 for a quote.

Can you deliver a dumpster the same day?

Yes. Same-day delivery is usually available when you call or book before noon, and next-day delivery is standard across Fannin, Lamar, Hunt, Grayson, and Delta counties.

What is included in the price?

Delivery, pickup, and 2 tons of landfill disposal are all included in the flat rate. There are no dispatch fees, fuel surcharges, or hidden environmental fees.

How big is a 16-yard dumpster and will it fit in my driveway?

A 16-yard roll-off is about 22 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4.5 feet tall — roughly 6 to 8 pickup truck loads. It fits a standard two-car driveway, and we can lay boards down to protect the surface.

What can I put in the dumpster?

Household junk, furniture, remodel and construction debris, shingles, siding, decking, yard waste, and most demolition material. Paint, solvents, tires, batteries, and refrigerant appliances are not allowed. Heavy material like concrete, dirt, or tile is fine when you tell us in advance so we can plan the load.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster?

No permit is needed on your own driveway or property. If the bin has to sit in a public street or right-of-way, check with your city or county first.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

Standard rentals run 1, 3, or 7 days. Call before your pickup day and we'll extend the rental whenever the schedule allows.

How do I pay and when?

We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. You can reserve online and pay when the dumpster is scheduled — no deposit games and no surprise charges after pickup.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell us what you're clearing and we'll size it for you. Reserve online in about 60 seconds or call and we'll confirm delivery the same day.
