During phone calls, we ask customers if they would like to receive SMS messages regarding their storage rental, reservation confirmations, account updates, payment reminders, and customer support. We only send text messages after the customer verbally agrees. Customers are informed they can reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for assistance. No SMS messages are sent without customer consent.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your rental status and account activity. We will never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
No Mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Website Analytics & Lead-Source Tracking
When you visit our site, we and our service providers automatically collect limited technical information, such as pages viewed, the website or ad that referred you, ad click identifiers, campaign tags (UTM parameters), device and browser type, and general location. We use this to understand which advertising and listings bring customers to us and to measure bookings and calls.
When you book or request a quote, we record the source that brought you to us (for example, Google Ads, Google Maps, or a Facebook post) alongside your request. If you answer the optional "How did you find us?" question, we save that answer too.

We share information with these providers only to run our business:

- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — publish our posts and measure visits that come from them.
- Square — securely process payments. Square handles your card details; we never see or store them.
- Google Maps — show our service area and help complete delivery addresses.
- Hosting and database providers — securely store booking and quote records.
- AI writing tools — help draft our social media posts. No customer information is ever shared with them.
We do not sell your personal information. You can limit ad cookies through your browser settings or at Google Ad Settings.
Data Retention, Your Choices & Children
We keep booking and quote records as long as needed for service, billing, tax, and legal purposes. You can ask us to view, correct, or delete your personal information by calling or texting us; we'll remove it unless we're required to keep it by law.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We serve customers in Texas and Oklahoma, and this site is intended for visitors in the United States. If you reach it from another country, we handle your information as described here and do not target or sell to you.
How We Protect Your Data
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Payment information is processed securely through our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
