Terms of Service

Every rental includes delivery of one 16-yard roll-off dumpster, pickup at the end of your rental period, and disposal of up to 2 tons (4,000 lbs) of material. Flat rates start at $300 depending on rental length. The rate quoted at booking is the rate you pay as long as the load stays within the terms below.

Rental periods begin on the confirmed delivery date. Need more time? Call or text us before your pickup date and we'll extend the rental at a daily rate we quote up front.

If prohibited materials are found in a load, the landfill rejects it and passes disposal and handling fees to us — those fees, plus any fines, become the customer's responsibility. Not sure about an item? Call us first — a two-minute call beats a rejected load.

Every rental includes 2 tons of disposal. Loads over 2 tons are billed at a per-ton overage rate we quote up front — no surprise line items. Heavy materials like concrete, brick, dirt, and roofing shingles add weight fast; tell us about them when booking so we can set expectations and, for very heavy loads, recommend the right approach.

Please don't load material above the top rail of the dumpster or wedge items into the door. Overfilled containers can't be transported safely or legally, and we may need to remove items before hauling.

You confirm the placement spot is safe and accessible: a firm, level surface with clear overhead space (no low wires or branches) and room for our truck to back in. We place boards under the rails on driveways at no charge.

While we take every reasonable precaution, HomeHaven Dumpsters is not responsible for damage to surfaces a customer directs us to place the dumpster on, or to lawns, sprinkler systems, septic lines, or other underground features we can't see.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you own the delivery property or have the owner's or landlord's permission to place a dumpster there.

From the moment the dumpster is delivered until we pick it up, it is in your care, custody, and control. You are solely responsible for supervising it and for any loss, theft, vandalism, fire, or damage to it during your rental. You are also responsible for anything other people put in it, including neighbors or passersby. Weight overages and prohibited items added by anyone are billed to you as if you added them. If the dumpster is stolen, damaged, or catches fire, notify us right away and file a police report where appropriate.

You are responsible for finding out whether your city, county, homeowners' association (HOA), property manager, or landlord requires a permit, approval, or notice for a dumpster at your property, and for obtaining and paying for it before delivery. HomeHaven Dumpsters is not responsible for any permit fees, fines, citations, HOA penalties, or removal or impound charges that result from placing the dumpster where you direct. If we are charged any such fee or fine, you agree to reimburse us. If a city, HOA, landlord, or property owner requires the dumpster to be removed early, the removal counts as a normal pickup and unused days are not refunded.

Some cities limit or prohibit roll-off service by companies other than their contracted hauler. We may decline, reschedule, or cancel any booking where we determine we can't legally or safely serve the address. If we cancel for this reason before delivery, you get a full refund.

• Do not move, drag, or relocate the dumpster. Only HomeHaven Dumpsters may move it.
• No burning, fires, fireworks, or hot ashes in or near the dumpster.
• Do not let anyone climb into or play on it. Keep children and pets away.
• Do not load above the top rail. Keep the door closed and latched when you're not loading.
• Do not lend, sublet, or let another person or business use the dumpster.
• Do not direct us to place it in a street, sidewalk, alley, or public right-of-way unless you have the permit your city requires.

You agree to pay the reasonable cost to repair or replace the dumpster for damage beyond normal wear and tear during your rental, including damage from fire, vandalism, overloading, or prohibited materials. You also agree to pay the cost of cleaning it if liquid, hazardous, or prohibited material is placed in it.

Keep clear access to the dumpster on your scheduled pickup date: no vehicles, trailers, locked gates, or materials blocking it. If our truck can't safely reach or load the dumpster, a trip fee may apply and we will reschedule the pickup.

If the dumpster is still at your property after your rental ends and no extension was arranged, each extra day is billed at our daily rate.

You are responsible for charges for weight overages, extra days, trip fees, prohibited-material fees, damage, cleaning, and any fines or fees described in these terms. We'll send an itemized invoice, with photos or landfill tickets where available, and payment is due when you receive it. Unpaid balances may be sent to collections, and you are responsible for reasonable collection costs.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Affordable Storage by HomeHaven Solutions and its owners, employees, and drivers from any claims, damages, injuries, fines, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the dumpster, the materials placed in it, its placement at your direction, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

Delivery and pickup times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road or site conditions, landfill closures, equipment breakdowns, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We'll reschedule as soon as practical.

Life happens. Reschedule any rental for free with at least 24 hours' notice — call or text and we'll move your dates. Cancellations made before the truck is dispatched are refunded in full. Once a truck is on the road for your delivery, a trip fee may apply.

Payment is processed securely through Square at booking. Your delivery date is locked in once payment is complete. We never store your card details on our servers — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HomeHaven Dumpsters' total liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or project delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas or Oklahoma law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Fannin County, Texas, unless the law where you are located requires otherwise. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms and your booking confirmation are the entire agreement for your rental. We may update these terms for future bookings; the version you accepted at booking applies to your rental.
